2) Pranayama and Yoga Workshop
We conducted our first Pranayama workshop, with an emphasis on the classical breathing ratio method. Hormonal reset was the target!
A truly therapeutic and delightful experience with some interesting Q&A at the end of the workshop.
We wrapped up the session with yoga stretches and core strengthening asanas.
