The obvious culprit, however, appears to be the much talked about 'Seed Oils'

These oils are processed with chemical Hexanes to extract the oil from the seeds. then put through high temperatures for Hydrogenation, packed with rancid carcinogenic compounds.

Seed oils have a high omega 6: omega 3 ratio that leads to inflammation of the liver tissue. The ratio of omega 6: omega 3 should be 1:1 or 2:1, in seed oils like canola oil this ratio is up to 50:1!! causing an inflammation storm in the body.

In Ayurveda, the Liver is considered as important as the heart when it comes to longevity and overall well-being.

The liver is understood to perform up to 500 vital functions including cognition.

The take away thus, is to exclude all seed oils from the diet including flaxseed oil and avocado oil.

Use grass fed butter, ghee, beef tallow etc. Include liver healing vegetables, in your seasonal liver cleanse, as listed in the clip. Add these to bone broth or gruel or simply make a hearty stew / soup. Consume daily for a week, every 3 months.

A seasonal liver cleanse is utterly essential to ensure optimal overall health.
