Balance is the buzz-word, when it comes to maintaining physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Attaining a balanced state of being is the fundamental teaching of all the Vedic Sciences.

In addition to the 5 elements, I am a big advocate of invoking the Moon and Sun.

I hold the elements in great reverence, I feel the divinity in finding a balance and tuning with our environment.

I am sharing easy, daily practices to rebalance & refocus harnessing the flow & movement energy of Water, the transmutative energy of Fire & much more...

In Ayurveda and other Vedic sciences we often refer to the Panchamahabhutas, or the five elements, namely Fire, Earth, Air, Water and Ether that make up our physical cosmos. In order to enjoy a balanced, disease-free, positive existence, we ought to keep these 5 elements in balance and harmony within our bodies and outside our bodies; in the immediate environment of our homes as well the wider outside space, this universe we inhabit and exchange our energy, vibrations & frequency.


We are a tiny microcosm within the vast perhaps infinite macrocosm we briefly inhabit in this physical body.
