3 easy Recipes to begin clearing toxins from your Gut, Colon and Kidneys.

Fasting on the days will indeed pack a punch, the warm smoothies take care of your physical blockages, the fasting will address the mental & emotional blockages...


If you would like to maximise the benefits of these warm smoothies:

  • Follow for 3 days and repeat for 3 weeks

  • Try to fast on the 3 days you pick to consume these smoothies ( so in essence wet fast on the days, only have the warm smoothie all day )

  • Each recipe makes about 2 litres ( sufficient for 2 people )

  • Consume fresh warm or cool

  • Meditate & practice grounding each morning


The Method is important but simple: ( for each recipe, follow below )

  1. Prepare all listed ingredients

  2. Add all ingredients to a deep saucepan & add a small cup of filtered water

  3. Blanche for 8-10 min

  4. Do not drain- Blend everything in a blender to a consistency of your preference
