Ensure that you get at least 15-20 mins of Sunshine every morning, this will kick start the regulation of your hormone cycle and this exposure is utterly beneficial to your eye health.

Your sleep routine plays one of the most important roles in your overall physiological health. A regular, repetitive sleep pattern is the most desirable. The body responds well to a regular and predictable rhythm.

Good quality, organic, local and seasonal protein plays an important part in your body's ability to repair, recover and heal.

Lifting weights or strength training is integral to a healthy disease free body with optimal energy and mental clarity.


Fasting, it is the most important jigsaw piece in the puzzle of regaining health.
